Main Structure of Sling Type Pneumatic Fender
The inflatable rubber fender is mainly composed of inner rubber, cord reinforcement layer, outer rubber and metal parts such as flanges.
The inner rubber is composed of natural rubber with a rubber content of 60%. Its main function is to ensure the air tightness of the inflatable ball, and it can be used for a long time without obvious pressure relief in the state of being squeezed. The thickness of the inner layer of rubber is usually 2-4mm, which is determined according to the requirements of different specifications of inflatable rubber fenders.
The cord reinforcement layer is the dipped cord fabric layer. The cord fabric is characterized by thick warp, high density and high strength. After the cord fabric is dipped, it is bonded to the inner and outer layers of rubber. The structure is integrated, so the cord reinforcement layer has high strength, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, good heat resistance stability, good adhesion to rubber, aging resistance and easy processing.
The outer rubber is mainly used to protect the reinforcement layer and the inner rubber and to further ensure the air tightness of the inflatable rubber fender.
